After a totally unsatisfactory appointment with a different dermatology group I made an appointment for my daughter to see Phil Andrews at the Cleveland, TN office. This was a much better experience. Phil is very personable and seemed very knowledgeable. He was excellent in communicating with me and more importantly with my daughter. He took the time to thoroughly explain things to us and what his treatment plan was. The Cleveland office was awesome, I highly recommend it.

Phil is a wonderful doctor. The only complaint is that he seem in a hurry but that's ok. He explains conditions and treatment thoroughly. I love his manner.

Philip Andrews is now seeing patients in Cleveland TN and we are so thankful. It is easy to get an appointment, you do not have to sit 3 hours in the waiting room plus the office staff is very friendly and polite. They acknowledge you the moment you step in the door and everyone at the desk speaks (unlike the Chattanooga office). He was very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. His nurses are super nice. We highly recommend him and his staff.

Phil Andrews is a wonderful and refreshing change from the normal stoic physician. He has treated me for several skin cancers successfully and also treats my wife. I highly recommend him!!

I found Mr. Andrews to be appalling. He bounced around like a court jester, he cursed over and over again. I tried to explain to him that I have undiagnosed medical issues and he proceeded to tell me that I was FINE, that I was, and I quote 100 percent healthy. I did tell Mr. Andrews that I am a smoker and he told me that all of my issues are from smoking and that I am anxiety ridden. I was just diagnosed with gastoral parathesis. THERE is your 100% healthy MR. ANDREWS !
