Cameron and Dale were very quick, courteous, and honest... with the costs and service. Our washer was flooding the floor, but NOT anymore! They did a fabulous job! They were in and out in a flash. Fixing the ac right now. Professional, quick, fair and honest. The technician explained everything to me about our system and how to maintain our geothermal system. We run a rescue so our animals appreciate the lightning fast service too. Very happy, the ac was working and diagnosed in less than an 30 minutes and the house is already cooler. Philbrick Inc has provided prompt, professional service at a competitive price. They replaced our upstairs HVAC unit last August during a heat wave and did it quickly and efficiently. This winter our downstairs HVAC unit went out just before the coldest weekend of the winter. They came within 24 hours and replaced the unit and had us up and running so fast that our friends and coworkers were amazed! We recommend them to everyone!
Called Philbrick because our boiler wasn't working, temp was in the 30's and we have a 3 year old and a 6 month old at home. They got people out to fix it the same day. They are awesome!!!
