Came out and gave us a quote of 5000 to replace a pipe, came back after and said 8750. When asked why such a huge difference they kept saying permits and stuff. Either one of two truths exist, either you don’t know what you’re doing and this is all new to you, or you’re dishonest and trying to rip your customers off. Either way im glad we didn’t go with you.

I spoke with our plumbing service manager about this once I saw the bad review, as I want to make sure our team always provides the best service possible. The original ballpark number given verbally was for the replacement of the main sewer line from the house to the city tap at the street. I've used Philbrick, Inc on several occasions, old home and new home. I find them to be very reliable, spot on with required work, and they stand behind their work. When the need is there, Philbrick will respond. I find all to be very professional. When in need, they are my go to company for HVAC! Very reliable and appreciative of their work.
My A/C went out the evening of 7/4, I contacted Philbrick the morning of 7/5 left a message with their answering service. I received a call about an hour later only to be told, without stepping foot on my property, that my 12 year old system would need to be replaced because he could not get R22 Freon. Interesting since my system takes R410. They also wanted me to pay a $185 trip charge. Hopefully they don’t treat all their customers this way.
My good friends hot water heater went out Thursday they called y'all Friday and nobody ever showed up and her elderly mom lives there as well they are still without hot water I just think it's very unprofessional that no oone could have called them at least to say no one is coming that's definitely not good business
