5 STARS I have had two plumbing jobs done at my house and the employees are professional, meticulous, courteous and neat and tidy.
Upstairs heating unit chose to start the new year off with a problem - called Philbrick and they sent James within two hours on New Year’s Eve. James was courteous, funny, informative, and paaaaaatient! With my husband at work and me at home, he was more than willing to explain things to me and re-explain them to my husband. It was so refreshing to have someone who, without a doubt, knew what he was doing and was so personable!
Well started off with a miss understanding on the appointment time! Got a rescheduled time the same day. Had a plumbing issue and when the technician Nick Penello and his partner showed up they did an excellent job! They literally saved me thousands of dollars!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽! I love your employer James Canadyan. He's gets the job done fast.
My service technician, James Canadian, has come to my home several times to trouble shoot a problem. James does not leave until the problem is solved. He is friendly, efficient, and wise. He says my problem is his to solve. If there is such a rating as 5 star, he gets the prize. I like getting the same technician each time also. I feel as though he knows my home and me.
