Please ask service dept to inquire with customer as to whether they have nitrogen in their tires BEFORE automatically diluting with normal "air". I had just paid to have tires evacuated & refilled with nitrogen the day before they added air to mine(they do not have nitrogen). I must say they made it right by paying me to have nitrogen put back again, but they have forever lost me as a customer.
Drove almost 3 hours to see about buying at RAV4- would not give me there best deal while I am there. Gave me their best deal a few days later then tells me they sold the vehicle. How convenient. Also told them I had Toyota credit and at first they couldn't even find my payoff even thought they are a Toyota Dealership and kept telling me I don't have Toyota Credit like I was lying to them. This is not where you want to go and buy a vehicle.
Trying to get the word out about the J02 recall for the 2013 FRS. This dealership is now on the growing list of Toyota dealerships who have caused issues to a car due to their work from the recall. Not only did they make a ticking noise in the engine, they also used too much sealant which is now potentially in my engine, and they also broke my headers and are refusing to take any responsibility or listen to reason about the numerous complaints on the governments NHTSA website.
Phil Wright Toyota made our vehicle buying experience pleasant and easy. I recommend this dealership, and I will use them for future vehicle purchases.
Eric, Terry and Antonio were PHENOMENAL in assisting me with purchasing my 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE! They took time and answered every question I had and made sure I knew everything there was to know regarding my vehicle, warranties and maintenance, etc. They made sure to ask if I needed anything at all during my very short wait. I can’t thank them enough for such GREAT service!
