I was at a lost when I wrecked my car. I bought my 2013 Rav4 from Matthew Cooper in early July. Excellent customer service and was able to meet all my needs when it came to picking out a new vehicle. He was very patient and showed me SUV after SUV. All the staff was friendly and the environment had a homey vibe to it.
(This applies to the location on Academy, as well) Great customer service! I was without a car for a while and when I called asking for some information, they offered to come pick me up from my apartment to look at the cars in person. Considering I'm young and with limited money, I had very specific requirements that they had to keep in mind, but they were still able to find me a great car in my price range within a week. Changing my review because you guys can't get it together with my friends title and registration. She's now on her 3rd temp tag and bought her truck 3.5 months ago and no one seems to know how to help her. What a joke.
Paid $25,000 for a POS Ford F-250 and have been lied to time and time again. Troy has taken complete advantage of our trust and continues to be incompetent in his knowledge at the service dept. PHIL LONG FIX MY TRUCK less than 5 months and my truck has been in your shop more than I have had it. Now you want another $4000 to fix it, way to take advantage of the people in the community..... YOU SOLD ME A POS YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND FIX IT ON YOUR DIME!!!!
I bought a car from them recently. I had a few minor problems but I must say they were always fixed within a timely manner and appropriately. Robert was my sales rep which I highly recommend. He was straight forward no BS. Got an excellent deal on a new Nissan. Would buy from phil long again
