It did not start out well. I did a e-price and they never got back to me. I went to the dealership and was helped immediately. The sales assistant was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of her way to find what we were looking for. She found us a great car and I would recommend her to anyone.
We went in to look at a truck. After seeing it we wanted to discuss numbers. They insisted we fill out some papers because we couldn't talk numbers until we did so. Foolishly we did so. Despite our okay and knowledge they ran our credit even though we were only discussing the possibility of buying the vehicle. We didn't like the outcome of the numbers so we left. Dirty business practices, lie to customers, and shady
Ronnie was amazing and very helpful! We couldn't be any happier with our purchase !
Our old van had just recently had an engine issue. We stopped in at the motor way location due to seeing a couple vans. Upon driving up I noticed every sales man outside. I didn't like really like that cause it seemed right out of the gate like I was being stalked. However, our salesman was the best ever. Very polite. Super nice. Went way above and beyond anything you could ask for. He worked hard for us and I was just taken back. Worst car buying experience ever!! They kept my down payment for a car they couldn't get me into after telling me several times all I had to do was bring them more money and a pay check stub showing I made more money after I did that they still couldn't get me into the car and wouldn't give me my down payment back!
We did have a small issue at first but thanks to Dan and Ashley, everything got resolved. They got us a good deal and we walked away happy. Thanks guys!
