I have been calling phil long for 3 weeks and left message after message for the finance department to call me in regards to my gap insurance I purchased when purchasing the car. I now live out of state and cant get a call back, haven't spoke with anyone in regards to what I need and every time I call everyone is rude!!!! Not to mention the other issues I had when purchasing the vehicle. Hopefully now someone will actually help me.
