By not doing things to the car that wasn't asked to do. The last two times I've gone there I have had a problem. Guess I'll go back to Raton. Changed my tires when not asked to had done it the day before in Colorado Springs where I bought my tires. Had to wait a long time for just an oil change. Then had to wait while they rotated the tires back. Maybe they should review the order with the customer first!
