The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I’m a slow decision maker and they didn’t push. My first new car visit and my second were three weeks apart. Phil Long Toyota has taken good care of my truck since I bought it in 2012. And I must say that Scott was a pleasure to deal with.
They sent someone all the distance to my house to pick me up to get my car since i had no other transportation.
Our Camry died on the road to New Mexico, leaving us stranded in Trinidad on a Sunday when everything was closed. We left the car at Phil Long and waited. Monday morning we talked with Scott Fields and learned our engine was dead. Scott came to our motel to pick us up and took care of us for the whole day. Even though we did not wind up buying a new car with them; Scott let us stay all day while we waited for our ride, he took care of our luggage, treated us very fairly on the pricing of the work they'd done, and more. Great service friendly staff
We purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander Hybrid in December 2018. We are very pleased with the service we have received. Every issue (very few) was addressed promptly, thoroughly and efficiently. Service manager Cory and Service Advisor Scott were very courteous and helpful.
This place was like family the moment I through their doors. A special thanks to Greg Feinman who was there every step of the way and then some. Not allow did I walk out with a new, dependable, and affordable car ,but I walked out with and with making a few new friends. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a new car. Thanks guys we enjoyed the visit and will be longer forward to just dropping in again.
