Went in for a simple service and tire rotation. Came out with a truck that pulls to right driving down the road. This is with new tires with less than 5k miles and having been aligned less than 3 weeks before. A phone call to service department wS answered with, "we will review your work order and discuss with the technician". No further response was received.
Most definitely recommend! Very impressed with time management! My Ruby Darlin that’s what I call my Camry was serviced within the hour. Can’t beat that service! Also a very nice touch of special note from my technician Aaron along with a candy! Wish our local dealers I. California would do that take an step. Copy Five star service department! Mitch and Ron took care of getting us back on the road when our car broke down on a road trip. They did thorough testing along the way to ensure that the radiator failure hadn’t caused so much damage to the vehicle that it wasn’t worth fixing. Thankfully that wasn’t the case! They got us fixed up and back on the road and even helped us get the trailer we were pulling hitched back up for the drive back (my daughter and I weren’t sure we could remember how to do it).
