the service is excellent. Took my RAV-4 in for new tires. The people were very friendly and Alex was extremely helpful. Scot Fields was there to make sure all went well. Would recommend Phil Long to anyone. They are great folks.
I came in with what I wanted and was a able to drive away with a new ride. Darby and the finance man were able to help me out. The whole staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Took my car in for oil change,did an awesome job,I believe it was Aaron. Alex did my paperwork, was very friendly and helpful Then they did my rear brakes and did an awesome job there too,decent charges and I can't remember tech name Derek maybe?I received the wrong report so i do not remember the name but I will take my car there for service.It's nice to not have to take my car for service to Raton Phil Long Ford where I bought the car and the experience was NOT a good one.Phil Long Toyota Rocks!!Thank you

All the people that I deal with at Phil Long Toyota bend over backwards to help me out. I just bought a new Tundra and the salesman Scott Fields was great to work with. There was no pressure to buy, he just wanted to help me get the right truck at the right price that I could afford. The sales manager also worked with me to get the deal done. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota.
