Attended the Vape Bash 4 over the past weekend and was impressed by the venue, but even more by the staff, who were ever present and amazing..from registration to janitors to bar tenders. Great Job

I was there for Vape Bash 2015 and the staff was excellent. The facility was well-maintained and everyone was beyond helpful.
I went there for a convention and overnight stay. The event was great and the staff were unbelievable - by that I mean they were very friendly, accommodating and professional! I give them 4 stars because some of the rooms could use some updating but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, it was memorable and pleasant!!

I was just here for Vape Bash 2015 and had a fantastic time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Every staff member I spoke to and asked any questions of was very helpful and courteous. I am thrilled to hear that Vape Bash will likely be held at Pheasant Run again next year as this was a wonderful experience.
We were at the resort from Thursday to sunday with vape bash. I just want to take a moment and tell you that it was a pleasure to stay with you. Every one was very nice and i loved how big the resort is. Next time we are in that area i know were we will be staying.
