These guys shat on my whole weekend. We booked a 2floor suite but were down graded to a tiny room only because we were attending a music event. They clearly treat some ppl more favorably than others. The water smells like poop and our toilet broke so the water kept running all night and made my room stink so much I couldn't sleep. We called the front desk to ask for someone to fix it. Great, Great, Great! My wife and I spent the weekend there for our 30th wedding anniversary. Everything was fantastic. Everyone working there was fantastic as well as the restaurants, the Theater, and Zanies. A wonderful place to stay, we will be back there again.
Love this place! So fun
Disapointed with rooms. The outside grounds were kept up but the rooms didn't have all that was promised in advertisement. Poor tv reception, poor wifi connection, no fridge or microwave. rooms wdre dark and dated.Very loud people running up and down halls. Management didn't seem concerned with disruptive guests. They need better training.
This place has gone down hill. Nothing has been maintained. Air unit in our room didn't work. Neither did the replacement. Made for a long 6 days. Staff was extremely friendly and did their best to help. But not able to do what was needed done. Will never stay here again.
Not happy with this place. My mom is there with my daughter for nationals-had to wait passed check in time for a room, only two people were working the desk and only a certain person could take cash for hotel payments,one of the pools are closed, they have restaurants that aren't opened during the day and by time the girls are done everything is closed.....very over priced and not happy that my child is staying there and I am not there to complain in person. Customer service is below average. The rooms lack amenities one would consider standard for a golf resort like fridges in the rooms and more than 4 working tv channels.
