We were at the resort from Thursday to sunday with vape bash. I just want to take a moment and tell you that it was a pleasure to stay with you. Every one was very nice and i loved how big the resort is. Next time we are in that area i know were we will be staying.
This is an excellent convention center! The staff was very hospitable and it was the perfect place for Vapebash 2015. Very wide open, clean, and classy! I hope this will be the permanent home to all future Vapebash events. Thank you Pheasant Run for giving the vape community a very positive experience!
I was there for Vape Bash 2015 and the staff was excellent. The facility was well-maintained and everyone was beyond helpful.
The people at this resort are soooo sweet ! Especially Jim the bellman when you arrive is very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We felt very special and appreciated his hospitality. Also Karisa at the front desk is so accommodating and welcoming that we felt like family. This is definitely still one of the nicest resorts for a family with children. Um can I rate no stars. this place is so ruined down they just need to shut it down. 5 stars for the biggest shit hole ever
Had a good time regardless of the horrible service and dirty rooms
Got my parents a couples package for a weekend getaway! Champagne, strawberries, dinner vouchers and breakfast! Oh! And not to mention FREE bed bugs upon arriving to their room! Absolutely disgusting. They left immediately. I am livid and will never let anyone I know go there. Get it together.
why does your pool close at night if there are no lifeguards anyway? also why does the water smell like sulfur what the hell is going on in st charles?
