Worst Easter Brunch ever! Taken over an hour to pay. Never coming back.
I love the resort it's amazing and has so much to offer. Is it perfect no things happen but they work hard to fix it. They respond faster than any hotel I've ever been at, they are at your room in 5 minutes. It was jammed packed but they treated us like we were the only guests there. I can't say enough about the place the amenities and the staff. I want to thank all the staff on their hard work and kindness
They didn't book my anniversary dinner at harvest restaurant so I had to drive around to find a place for dinner valentine's weekend, what a nightmare, place is packed with kids could not enjoy the pool and hot tub. .. The magic show was the worst l have ever seen. Room was nice. Comfortable bed and nice chocolate covered strawberries and champagne.
We live nearby and love having Staycations here! Their pools are great, rooms are comfy. We've even celebrated my daughters birthday party here, pizza, pools - the kids had a blast and the staff was very attentive. We keep coming back and love it!
Love the resort. This resort has a lot to offer. My lady and I tried the Sunday morning brunch and it was great its pricy but its well worth it.
If you plan on hosting an event or wedding be weary of this establishment!!They have overbooked their grounds so for our wedding in 2015 we will have 80% of our guest and wedding party staying across the street at the holiday inn Friday and Saturday also things that were talked about being offered to us on our wedding day are now not available. Last minute decision to catch a show at Zanie's & decided to stay at Pheasant Run. I can understand it's an older place, but our stay was great. I kept finding little surprises - the bed was super comfortable, the soap was wonderful, for being directly above the pool, our Tower room was quiet, and the convenience of staying where the club is on-site is great.
