Most of staff dont speak or understand the english language. Gonna live and work here then learn the language and the terminology. Housekeeping was in our room when we had the do not disturb sign out and kind a funny my bottle of pop was leaning against our door without my bottle huggy on it whrn i retraced my steps back to our room when i realized i had dropped my pop. Maid was around the corner when i left the room but no where to be found when i went back not even 5 minutes later.
3 pools, talk about an option!! Staff was GREAT !! Would definitely love to come back!!
Friendly staff at front desk & in restaurants. Large, clean room. Stayed in the tower.
We stayed here for 5 nights for a dance competition and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My 12th floor tower room was clean and spacious, beds comfy, great view, fridge and microwave, bathroom nice, flatscreen tv... loved our room. Kids really enjoyed the 2 pools and hot tub. Staff very friendly and common areas fun. Can't say one bad thing about this place. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely LOVE Pheasant Run Resort! We were just there for a big truck driving event. Do to work,we could not check in until 1am Saturday. Only 1 room was left, so we got a free upgrade to a fantastic room in the golf wing ... the honeymoon suite! There was a really sweet lady named Lori, who was in charge of our banquet. She also our server this morning at brunch. She is just the sweetest person and a true asset to your resort!
We stayed here for two nights in March over spring break and have to say that a medical instance occurred after we stayed and the resort didn't show any compassion for this. The establishment is worn down. No lobby shops and the shop that was there wasn't open. No or snack/ice cream places either. Needless to say our family won't return to pheasant run ever again. My advise is go somewhere else.
I recently stayed at Pheasent Run to attend an event in the area. Upon arrival, my credit card wouldn't process. The young lady at the front desk (Paige) was very accommodating and suggested that we speak to a manager to help us with our issue. The manager (Lindsay) went out of her way to help us resolve the problem. We couldn't have ask for better customer service! The resort was clean and the staff that we dealt with was amazing.
