Smelly, dirty, rude front desk agent. Never again.
Had the best time at VAPEBASH and the staff was the greatest and the resort had great pools and food, can't wait till next year.....
I went there for a convention and overnight stay. The event was great and the staff were unbelievable - by that I mean they were very friendly, accommodating and professional! I give them 4 stars because some of the rooms could use some updating but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, it was memorable and pleasant!!
Attended the Vape Bash 4 over the past weekend and was impressed by the venue, but even more by the staff, who were ever present and amazing..from registration to janitors to bar tenders. Great Job

I was just here for Vape Bash 2015 and had a fantastic time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Every staff member I spoke to and asked any questions of was very helpful and courteous. I am thrilled to hear that Vape Bash will likely be held at Pheasant Run again next year as this was a wonderful experience.
Awesome venue, awesome staff! Treated all the visitors for Vape Bash with amazing attitude, and service! Will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
