This is the absolute worst Kaiser ER, I have been waiting over 4 hours for a blood transfusion& went to counter to tell her that I’ve waited 4 hrs, I feel faint my heart is racing and she tells me they are looking for a room! It’s a half hour later still not have been seen! The worst care here given, they do not care about their patients! Why do we pay for health insurance! This is ridiculous! I’m surprised people aren’t dying in here!!!! I should of went to Anaheim Hills ER!
I love this hospital. Been a member since I was Born. I always have great doctors, quick and thorough appointments. You can see any type of Physician here without a referral.
Kaiser has been good to us. Clean, friendly facility.
Oh my goodness the wait! 1 hours wait for a procedure! Mind you they cancelled my dad’s appointment. We had to reschedule! Shame on you!
this place is the worst place I've ever seen friend in for colonoscopy I had to run and meet customer the nurses kept calling and calling harrassing me to get back here said she was almost done now been two hrs since they called she's not even done yet or in recovery I signed nothing as her driver and do not appreciate the harrassing nurses from this place or the receptionist that laughed at me either.further complaints will be issued this place is the worst
