Horrible experience with minor surgery, I have no feeling in an unrelated area and they will not let me have an appointment with the surgeon I had to file a grievance. Getting an attorney!

Car was broken into while waiting to be seen in ER well into the next day. WARNING: Do not park in the Kaiser parking lot on the south side near Valley Blvd. Druggies cross Valley Blvd, hide out in the bushes and then are breaking into vehicles. There isn't enough qualified security staff to patrol the parking lots.

waited forever in urgent care because I've been sick since December, flu like symptoms, difficulties breathing, only to be told to go get sudafed....like wtf???? I paid 65 to be told to go get sudafed...and this right here is why don't like yall....
thumbs up to all nurses int the emergency room and operating room especially in the 7th North and thank you to for taking care of me for 5 days while im confine keep it up god bless 😊👍🙏
