The absolute best. Compassionate, caring and thoughtful professionals.
I love the care we get. But the ER needs attention. Came down to the er per a referral from the kaiser in Victorville. To my surprise the er is in need a lot of attention. I went to the rest room and there was a women in there that was doing drugs. The smell of the er especially in the pediactric waiting room smelled like really bad body order, from our homeless sleeping in there., and the trash that was left behind from other patients that were waiting. Oh my goodness the wait! 1 hours wait for a procedure! Mind you they cancelled my dad’s appointment. We had to reschedule! Shame on you!
There unprofessionalism!! Husband has been in and out of the hospital since June with numerous surgeries. Was admitted thru the ER last night with the recommendation of surgery. The surgeon came in at 8:30 this morning saying they were waiting for an operating room. It is now 2:00 and nurse tried to get ahold of him and he called from his car saying he was no longer here!!
