I dont know where to start lets say this first! 4 months to schedule an appoinement unacceptable & to even scratch my head even harder is only for a consultation!!!!! This is what i pay for long wait times, dont even get me started with the wait times on the phone 45 mins plus who has time for this ? WTF !!!!

I love the care we get. But the ER needs attention. Came down to the er per a referral from the kaiser in Victorville. To my surprise the er is in need a lot of attention. I went to the rest room and there was a women in there that was doing drugs. The smell of the er especially in the pediactric waiting room smelled like really bad body order, from our homeless sleeping in there., and the trash that was left behind from other patients that were waiting.
