We had our first visit today and I was beyond impressed. I needed a place that would respect my parenting decisions, and this office went above and beyond that. They are very non-judgmental and compassionate. My 2.5 year old, who is autistic, has been developing a fear of the Dr. office. At this office, they took the time to let him know what was going on and even allowed him access to the tools they were going to use in order to calm his fears. We have been going to this office for 2 years and love it! All of the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and open minded! I love the respect I receive as a parent to decide. I appreciate not being given antibiotics every time we come in when they aren't needed. My daughter loves her pediatrician and I'm so glad we make the 20 minute drive, it's worth it!
Dr. AGRAWAL is hands down the best pediatrician that I have dealt with. I love the fact that she does not try to over medicate kids unnecessarily. She is very personable and my girls love her. We have been going to Dr. Agrawal for over 10 years and she has never disappointed me. The office manager Shana is great and very understanding. They do their best to work you into their hectic schedule when you are dealing with a sick kid.
I was initially in LOVE with this practice especially Dr. Gidoni. I tried to schedule an appointment for my son and was told repeatedly by Leslie that his medical coverage was termed. I spent 45 minutes with Parkland to get everything worked out to make sure he was active and he is. I called his dentist and he is active. I called another pediatrician that immediately confirmed his coverage is active and got me an appointment immediately.
