5 Stars – I would recommend Changs to anyone. It is a very beautiful restaurant in the heart of Phillips Place, with great food and superior service. I visit Changs several times a year with my family and friends. It's perfect for a birthday get-togethers, family dinners, girls night out, etc. I always get the Calamari or the Lettuce Wraps to start off. Their calamari==amazing. this is a sure thing. Perfect. – The food is excellent. Served quick and hot. If your complaining about the food, you had the wrong server. Make sure you ask for Ben. We did have to wait a long time to be seated which was really frustrating when you can see open tables and they remain open through out your meal. AMAZING spring wraps – The spring wraps were the best thing I have ever had at a chinese bistro. Perfectly delectible. Will go back soon! -Mike
decent food, sad prices! – i meet friends here for drinks and we usually share a dish or two to wash down the alcohol buzz from their drinks. they have yummy drinks and apps but i wish their prices were lower! service is hit or miss but since we sit at the bar during our binges we can usually flag someone down.
NOT........for anyone with a pallette – if you want decent food without a stadium atmosphere go to a small semi authentic Asian or Chinese restaurant not a corporate based illusion.....eat well, be well
What could you say bad about this place??? – Love their menu, especially their garlic noodles and Honey Prawns...Very quick at calling in and having food ready when you get there... A staple in our family!
Good location – This location does a very good job overall. The food is great, service is good. I have been to this location over 20 times and never had a bad experience.
Really good – Some of the best I have had since moving to Sacramento.
Delicious – I recently took my wife to the P F Changs on Phillips Place, we are new to the area and wanted chinese food. Thanks to 'urban spoon' and my nifty iPhone the decision was made instantaneously. The service and food here was exceptional, only advice is to make reservations for the weekend!!!
