Great place but store hours have changed and FBI has not updated it
My granddaughter Jasmine won at petz place
Poorly working dog wash. Soap did not work. Had to ask two different employees to help me and out of three soaps and a conditioner only got one soap to work. Employee even said they have been having trouble with it and it needs to be fixed. Had I not said anything about it I would have paid $13.87 to rinse my dog off with water. No offer to refund my money or to put soap in my hands and bath my dog that way. Won't be visiting this establishment again
Its cool and great place to see a lot of pet.
