Amazing staff Alex the small animal manager is very knowledgeable very sweet and very patient with my son who is autistic I wouldn’t shop any other place the customer service here is on believable we love this place
great staff well knowledge on fish guinea and pets good price on there dog food I had bought some prime for fish tanks which is 55 gal200 gal and 75 gali got 4 dz fish there and not one fish has die yet it been 8 months and holding I only change 25% of water per month

Use to actually like going in to this pet store but after my last visit I have lost all interest in going as next time I will take the drive to Zanesville or Canton before this place.
