I had an issue with a few fish and the manager Shannon asked me to contact her so I did and she took care of the situation and resolved the issue
The staff here is great when I need the help looking for new fish!! The employee with the green highlights really knows her fish and is by far my favorite person there to talk to about fish and get fish advice! Anyone looking for someone who is looking in to fish ask for her!! The employees are so nice and they have such a good selection of food! The self serve dog wash is amazing and has an actual high velocity dryer! I will be returning!

My dog Cassius needs Zymox ear solution. I went in and ordered it, the incorrect product came in. The team members there were awesome in taking the time ro hear me out and look up what exactly needed to be ordered. Mistakes happen but how a company accepts and responds has a huge impact. Awesome customer service!
