Farmington Auto Plaza and their staff deserve a 10 star rating! I will settle for 5 as that is as high as the scale goes. Best of the best within a small town dealership with a wide selection of inventory. They go the extra mile. Above and beyond every time. By far the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. Charles was great and kept us entertained while we waited. We knew the car we wanted and he didn't try to sell us anything different. Heather made the paperwork easy. We were there an hour after closing and never felt like we were rushed to get out. My husband said it was easier and more enjoyable than going to Walmart. We will be buying all our vehicles from Charles!
Wanted to take time to shout out to the crew in the service and body shop for a job very well done!! We brought our jeep in to be serviced and they did everything I asked! They were courteous and helpful and I felt like they did exactly what I wanted them to do!A BIG SHOUT OUT TO KENNY the parts manager to make sure everything was EXACTLY what we wanted and needed for my son's future vehicle! Charles was very helpful! We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and were not pressured at all! Great guy to work with! I was able to call Jamie in financing and got approval almost immediately. By the time we arrived in the afternoon the paperwork was all ready to sign and we in and out in 30 minutes! Definitely the place to buy a vehicle!!
