Friendly customer service, but a nightmare to get them to fix a service error; only cost me $385 and 3 days without being able to drive safely! 0 stars for Service Department, 5 stars for Sales department (2.5 rounded down). They sold me a vehicle with tires not rated for the weight of my vehicle, and dragged their feet replacing them, at moderate expense to me ($385, or $270 if you don't count the flat replacement; see below).
