Love Petsmart! We were traveling & left our Baileys overnight at the Pet Hotel. I was really nervous, because I didn't know how she would be. She really doesn't like being left. We came back to a very happy Baileys & an excellent progress report! So thankful you guys are there. You are a great pet resource.
The only place I trust to watch my furbabies when I'm away. My dogs are happy and safe there, so I'm happy. Both of my dogs went through the PetSmart training program, Banfield is their vet, and we get their nails trimmed at the groomers. The fact that I use PetSmart for all above, says a lot.
~ Took my boy there today for a 12:30PM appt. ~ Asked for groomer to call after he was finished because of his anxiety ~ It is now 4:25PM and nobody has called to say he is ready to be picked up ~ Will seriously consider other grooming salons next time ~ It is now going on 5PM still no call for pickup so I have decided to call myself since evidently I have been ignored along with my boht if I VET & can't go that long w/out SOME Meds I would NEVER take driving .However, The Manager gave me a discount & stated she would make t... read more
