Your groomers are disgustingly rude, condescending, unprofessional and patronizing. They need some grooming themselves! I'll never step foot in there again. Horrible customer service!!
Great customer service. . Arrived and my baby was a lil scared..Thanks to Ms. Nicole she got down to his level & made him comfy..it was history from there..l have a long hair chihuahua & they cut him perfectly came in with a full body of hair and walked out looking 10yrs younger
Trusted our dog with this 24 hour care for 5 days. Returns with a huge open sore on his testicles which was not noticed (obviously with the neglect how could they) 10 pounds lighter fever, and told he didn't eat well, then it turns into he did eat well just knocked his bowl over...and then added water to try and get him to eat?? Never again. Hope no one else's dog goes through this.
Took our puppy for the first time being boarded (ever) to the Pets Hotel. He loved it & they took fantastic care of him. Would highly recommend! Wish there was another location closer to University City though.
I love this store. I started my dog in training classes with Mandy and it has made such a difference for my dog, and for us. Mandy understands dogs and what it takes to bring out the best in them. My insecure dog has transformed into a confident and well behaved dog. I now bring him and his sister to day camp and the employees there are excellent too. This is a great store with employees who genuinely care.
Love store. Wish there was a Pet Hotel at Northlake. This is the only location on Charlotte. Harley enjoyed his free doggie ice cream
