There is no posting or cashiers are not telling customers that there are no refunds or anything except pets. I think that is not right that a huge corporation like this is too sticky for me. And I will not recommend Petsmart for anything. I’ll let me kids and family/friends to leave them and that clinic. The Groomers are great. My puppy is always cleaned good and smelling fresh when I pick him up. They love my Rotti and he loves them :) #petsmartgrooming
We were at this Petsmart the night we adopted our Luna because we had nothing for her. The associates were helpful and understanding. Then we started training classes with Mandy and she completely transformed our puppy! We have now finished beginner - advanced training courses! Now we go to day camp several times a week and my puppy is so happy there! I swear Luna loves Stacy and Elise as much as she loves me. I truly feel like everyone at this location loves my baby just as much as I do!
