Well I’ve been a loyal customer to Petsmart for YEARS! Had a dog for 15 years and we would always go to PetSmart and Banfield. That habit continued with 2 other dogs that I adore and love. They are apart of my family and world. In being that, I tried to give them the best, high quality food that I can... enter Solid Gold brand from PEtSmart. The staff on the grooming salon are so rude. The schedulers cannot get the times right to save their lives. I’ve now shown up 3 TIMES to drop my dog off and have been told the time they assigned me was incorrect. And the staff couldn’t have been ruder about it. Today got turned away completely because they claimed they didn’t have any room for my dog after I was told the wrong time and then I saw the girl walk outside and play on her phone after I left. I’m done with Petsmart.
The store has a super friendly and helpful staff, and an awesome Pet hotel with an amazing manager named Liz! The grooming department is unlike any other, it's very organized and on top of safety for every single dog. We all help each other out when need be and there is always laughter. it's such a positive work environment and experience for the pupparoos🐶💖
Pitbulls aren’t allowed playtime with other dogs and it’s beyond wrong.
