Dr. Stewart is always compassionate and patient with my cat. She can be very anxious and hard to deal with around strangers and those that are not near her on an every day basis.
Lauren in the grooming salon did an AMAZING job on our long haired Australian Shepherd who had not been groomed in months! He looks like an entirely different dog now!
First time grooming experience at PetSmart - awesome! Kenzie was in dire need of some TLC, and she came out looking like she was ready for a show!
There is an employee at this location that deserves a huge shout out. Her name is Sherry and I have had multiple interactions with her over the last several weeks. She is always the same every time I've been in the store. Yesterday she went above and beyond to assist me, stopping what she was doing to make sure I was taken care of. She is always extremely pleasant. This store is lucky to have her!
Everyone here is so helpful! Training has drastically improved my dog's behavior and we will definitely be back
BUYER BEWARE!!! Petsmart keeps flea & tick products on display even when they are not in stock. Don't waste your time standing in line. The other store had it and it's $5 cheaper. But because Petsmart will not give me a cash refund & it takes several days for the refund to show up on my card... card declined at the other store so my cat has to wait until next week for flea treatment. Thanks for the FLEA INFESTATION PETSMART!!! UGH!
Should be ashamed of yourselves, how dare you let someone abuse an animal right in front and do absolutely NOTHING about it. Best believe that the picture taken at your shitty store with your piece of garbage cashier will be going to the corporate office. You make me sick.
