My daughter bought a chameleon there and two weeks later it died. When she returned the dead chameleon they accused her of killing it. We have had chameleons before, and she currently has a bearded dragon. She bought the light they recommended, then went back and bought a stronger one. If their employees don’t know what they’re doing they shouldn’t advise their customers. A customer should never be humiliated and accused of killing an animal on purpose! We went to get some hides for our ball python, naturally we stopped to check out the snakes they had in store. We were very disappointed to see that the temperature and humidity were entirely too low for them. I don't know how they keep any of their reptiles alive. I wish I had the extra cash, I would have bought them all just to get them out of there. It makes me doubt the entire Petsmart company and their knowledge/concern for their animals. We love taking our dog, Lilly, to Shian to get groomed! She is so sweet and does an amazing job on our rambunctious puppy. I recommend her to everyone !!
My two dogs seem to love it and the staff seem to love my dogs! Couldn't be happier.
