Hannah is truly a wonderful employee with exceptional customer service! Tonight my debit card wouldn't work for some reason (it worked at the gas station before here). I said I'd go grab my wallet out of the car, but before I could walk away she said don't worry about it and swiped her own personal debit card for my items. We have a nine year old golden retriever and decided to come to PetSmart when our local vet was completely booked up for grooming for the whole month of June. Was a long day appointment was at 10:30 in the morning finally finished her up at 2:30 but she looked so good and smelled good too they did a great job well worth it & will go back.
Took Lincoln in for his bath and haircut. Great staff as always! Lincoln loves Fieona and I hope I spelled it right!
Took my 13 week Yorkie poo in for a bath and puppy trim. I had the wrong day. They were very accommodating since I don’t live in Greenville and got her done anyway so I didn’t have to come back. She ended up sick probably from our car ride and they immediately called me. I was expecting about 3 hours as it was less than one. They did a wonderful job and I was very pleased. I will be taking her back.
The manager looks to be in his 20s and is no more than a rude, intolerant frat boy. When I tried to return a tank that had a crack in the bottom of it, he looked at me and kept walking after he was told I was the one with whom he had spoken on the phone. He didn't even open a register to help me with the return, I had to wait in a super long line after I drove ALL the way back to Petsmart. This boy should not be a manager anywhere.
