Wow. Didn't know I reviewed this place three years ago. I guess that means I'll lower my rating now. Used to frequent this store for all of my pet needs, including grooming, and vet care. With three dogs, they got a lot of my money. Now I prefer not to shop here, or use any of their services. They are not as pet friendly as you would like to think. Definitely not owner friendly. After incidents with vet workers, and store managers, this is the last place that I will shop.
