NEVER bring your fur baby here for grooming... ESPECIALLY nail trimming. I have no idea what they did to my poor girl, but she now has to be sedated to get her nails trimmed (which is VERY ducking expensive, i might add!!). I got her as a puppy and she never had a problem at my vet when it came to getting her nails trimmed. I attend school at ECU so of course she came with me, and they were getting long and instead of making a 5 hour trip home to our vet... I took her there once for nail services. Clifford who was afraid of water due to his past with his previous owner did amazing at petsmart. Thankfully for the groomers there he will be a returning customer. We wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else.
Took my Yorkie in for her first haircut They slaughtered it. Gapped up hair. Uneven hair She looked terrible and they cut it so short it will take forever to grow out
Very rude very unprofessional please don't leave your pets there.It was very unplease experience for my first visit at the store.The store smell very horrible.
A friend WITNESSED a groomer being unkind to a dog! And spoke up. "Management" did not respond. I will Never use them. The owners just don't know!
Grooming...my dog first grooming & the experience was great. Kimmie was the groomer & she did a fantastic job. She was so attentive to our needs & caring!
Customer Service is horrible. Never have I, or my dogs, been treated so poorly. I have taken them there many times for grooming and the first few times were amazing, but after that, any of the groomers were extremely rude from booking to picking my dogs up. Whenever I came to pick up my dogs, they seemed terrified of their groomer, and they love EVERYBODY! Will never use again.
