Katlin Phillips is the worst groomer ever. Went there yesterday and she was way to rough with my little dog. His hair looks terrible and he is limping. More like dog abuse than grooming.
Love this place. Tonya is the best groomer I have ever used. We went to J.C. when she was there and followed her here to Bristol.The whole staff is great.
I thought it was at exit 7 in Bristol VA. Tonya is the best caring groomer ever.
