They are unreliable with their ability to make appts for grooming. (Schedule me the wrong day even after verify the date) When you tell them the birthdate of your puppy and they tell you that you don’t need rabies yet and then they change their mind when you get there. I won’t be back. I’ll take my business to petco/pet partners. Get someone one who can answer questions correctly or tell them not to pick up the phone. 😡
went in to buy a product for my dogs after looking at it on the Petsmart website. it was 3 dollars higher in store then on website. I asked a employee bout it was told that's how retail is, but they would price match. She followed me to the register and instead of telling the cashier, she hauled her butt to the office. Really piss poor customer service there.
RecommendedToday I took my sweet girl Ginger in to be groomed and pampered for her first time and I can tell she was treated very well and she was very happy when we picked her up. I will definitely be bringing my furr baby back😊

Very unreliable. We scheduled a grooming appointment for our maltipoo and they called and cancelled just a few short hours before the appointment time due to being overbooked/someone calling out. I’m done with PetSmart and their unprofessional service.
The employees could be nicer to people. I have a dog (15 yrs old), last time I took him, the lady complained that he would not stand up very long. He had 2 places on his underside that were cut and raw. Needless to say, I never went back.
So the first time we went they did great. The second time we went with our Cockapoo she came back with a bald spot, her curly hair was straightened and she was called a he. She has never whined so much after. If we could secure the first person I would be fine with it but they obviously have clueless people working there.
