PetSmart is an enjoyable place to go and look at everything you need for your baby! Very friendly workers who are willing to help you find what you need!
We have been using them in Bristol, Va for 5 yrs. TOday was unacceptable. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for today at 9:00 am and she would be done at 12pm. At 12pm, they just started on her. So I guess all morning she was kept in a kennel. Never again will we bring her again for grooming.

a fully healthy poodle died while getting its nails trimmed... we will not be using petsmart anymore until this is addressed
I want to say thank you to Greg and Lauren at Pet Smart in the fish department for helping my family from disaster wtih a leaky fish tank canister! They were able to get us a new one right away and saved the day! Thank you guys so much! Sharon Clarke
