I was VERY disappointed just NOW when I went back to visit the adoption section for the kitties as we always do. The litter boxes were completely FULL of feces and urine clumps, and didn't even have but a little bit of littler in each one. Multuple adult cats were in one area. I have been going to Pet Smart for more than 10 years. Tonya has always groomed our dogs. She was recommended to me by a neighbor. Every six weeks she grooms our dogs. She loves our dogs and they are crazy about her; Tonya talks kindly to them, is gentle. And, she is a professional, efficient, and loving. We are always satisfied with her grooming. Ordered online for Black Friday and was suppose to be able to pick my items up the same day, when I got there the sales associate proceeded to tell me that the systems was down all my Black Friday items that I purchased online would be honored for 5 days; instead of petsmart honoring my items they canceled orders and changed the quantities of my items. If petsmart is too incompetent of fulfilling their pickup agreements and their online ordering they shouldn’t offer it at all. Never again will I shop at such a messed up comp... read more
