You need to train your groomers on how to handle the dogs that come in for grooming. My mother & I were appalled at how your groomers were trimming other customers fur babies. They were not even holding them while grooming!! I move and them poor babies would have been cut.!! I was gonna bring my Huskies up there but after seeing this, I have decided not to bring them until you get groomers that know how to groom the correct way.
I want to thank the wonderful employees @ PetSmart for their awesome customer services!!
Not one of the worst but the absolute worst! They guy that groomed my little one didn't even bathe him, file his nails, brush his teeth. The only thing he did was gap his hair all up and abuse him! And evidently it takes an act of congress to speak to someone at corporate... Never again Petsmart!
We love going there for all of our dog/pet needs. Johnathan is the best dog trainer ever.
