My boyfriend and I went to this store with my mom and little sister to get a hamster after I had my cage set up and all ready to go so we could get in and out pretty quick. We waited around ten minutes before the associate with red hair named heather came to help and was very rude and looked for any reason to not sell me a hamster. She asked if I already had a cage and I said yes about two times with her not believing me and my mom and boyfriend had to say yes as well for her to finally believe us.
