Apparently, it’s this stores policy to close 1 hour early. Online and this Facebook page says store closes at 7 pm on Sunday’s, however, it seems they’ve decided to close at 6 pm this Sunday. Very unfortunate as multiple customers tried to enter the store doors around and after 6 pm and were turned away. I was told online hours were listed as wrong, although another customer was told the manager decided to close early. Whatever the story, this isn’t good business practice.

do not go to The Grooming Salon there you have to bring your papers on your dog every time you go there they don't keep records there I guess tired of it won't go back

I totally would never recommend this PetSmart or any other for the sole reason of how they refused to sell my daughter a 16cent goldfish for her ten gallon tank. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me they were weren’t properly caring for a fish they refused to even sell us. I will be contacting the district office on this issue. I mean I’m all for animals rights but this is a 16 cent goldfish. Wake up people.

We went in there the other day I went home with an animal bought most of the stuff for it had a coupon the cashierSplit the transaction in half so we could use the coupon two times, Went there a different day and the night cashiers had a problem about using the coupon twice. People usually go to these pet stores for help and to learn how to take better careof their pets. There is a young lady working here that is condescending and seems annoyed by questions. Last night, this Pet Smart officially lost my business as I was offended by this attitude the last time I was there, but gave it another chance in case this employee was having a bad day.
