We just went to the store looking for gill treatment for our fish it was $20 bucks said we'd just have to buy it next week because can't afford it this week decided we was going to buy a crab and the lady was taking forever so my bf said screw it lets just leave and on the way out the stupid lady is going to send out someone to take pictures of our car accusing us of stealing so we went back in to get it straightened out while in there she wanta to get smart threatened me saying she was about to lose her job cause she wanted... read more

Horrible experience ever I'm in the u.s. army I hurt my leg have to wear brace and was called a "cripple" by the older white lady with red hair who wears glasses. I didn't deserve that. I paid for my items and selected cash back and she told me the store doesn't carry cash none of the registers use cash. That's this is HER STORE policy. My card was charged and put me in overdraft. I WILL MAKE SURE I let my friends know not to patronize this business. This was mind blowing the mistreatment I had here.

Worst experience today. Obviously you do not need to know about animals when you work here. They argue with you when you try to educate the on the animals. Very uneducated. And overcharge. Managers are cock and rude. Word to the wise....do not go here. Ps animal enclosures are filthy!
