Went in with family tonight to purchase a bearded dragon. Waited and waited and waited for someone to help us. Finally got bored of standing there and went to find a tank. Found a starter kit for a bearded dragon, food, sand, and stuff to go in the tank. Went back to where the animals were. Girl finally shows up to help us. First off, she's really rude. My family and I went to purchase a bearded dragon. After waiting 30 min to be helped, we finally decided to find a tank and other supplies so we could just get our pet and check out. We found a reptile starter kit that had a picture of a bearded dragon on it. When someone finally came to help us, she informed us we couldn't buy a dragon because that tank was too small. Lost a 200 sale because they wanted to argue with me instead of selling me what I needed m. Very poor service and rude staff.
I have a long haired minature dauchsund that I brought to these people to groom. They cut all the hair off her tail and shaved her belly. Her hair never grew back to look the same. I just thought this was bad until I saw puctures of a little dog they groomed (butchered) this weekend. These people should not be allowed to touch an animal.
Daughter's puppy was burned with shears, has weeping sores, on antibiotics and pain meds after "grooming" here. Please save your dog's life and don't come here!
Staff wasn't friendly or helpful, the young white guy that waited on me was a bit unwelcoming, but the customers we're nice.
Staff is helpful. I've used Megan for nails on my dogs, she always does a great job. Love being able to walk in for a quick N& grind. Great prices.
