Great store, awesome grooming services, have taken my standard poodle, Mr Bear to them several times.
My name is Scott Smith i was in pet smart last night in Springfield, MO and i bough fish for my aquarium i also ordered 12 snails and got charged almost $40 for them, i could go to the creek and get them for free, my advice to anyone out there with an aquarium is to not go to pet smart to get fish. in my book its a straight up rip off.
I will never step another foot in this PetSmart in Springfield MO. I went there to get my chihuahua's nail s clipped and the lady was very rude and basically acted like they did not have time to even deal with me. She said someone was coming in at 5 and it would be about 15 minutes. After that she informed me I would have to have her rabies records. Are you serious? Too expensive compared to other pet stores
I'd like to know what happened to the dog that got cut during grooming and it got coved with bandana
The best staff ANYWHERE!!!! They love our pet and she loves them!
