Today we took our guinea pigs to the vet at separate times. Our little female didn't make it to the Dr and they were super understand and made sure that we could get our little boy in. They were super caring of both. They carefully and respectfully covered up our little girl for her ride home and bural. Then worked with us on the bill after the little boy was seen. My doggy's favorite place place to hang out.......
Spend a lot of money their in a short period of time not including the actual animal. Bought feeder crickets 75% died off over night was told there is nothing they going to do about it. Won't go back to that store ever again no matter how good the sale
Live animal selection is slim. The store needs wider aisles, and brighter lights.
Great store, awesome grooming services, have taken my standard poodle, Mr Bear to them several times.
My name is Scott Smith i was in pet smart last night in Springfield, MO and i bough fish for my aquarium i also ordered 12 snails and got charged almost $40 for them, i could go to the creek and get them for free, my advice to anyone out there with an aquarium is to not go to pet smart to get fish. in my book its a straight up rip off.
