The people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the pet grooming girl on the left facing the window from outside, is a horrible groomer. She was grooming some little white dog, he was screaming and going in circles, and she lifted him up by his tail. I got so upset, had an anxiety attack, went home and was in bed for 2 days with a migraine. He was like a nightmare, only real.
Nov. 5, 2017. People lined up down the center aisle to get checked out and only two lines open. Manager came and took us over to the daycare checker. Stood there forever and she struggled to check out an employee. Went back to the checkout line and beat the employee at the daycare out the door. Service, service, service.

Just a short comment on this post. The Hotel is, and always has been accommodating to overflow from the store for check outs! But we are not cashiers! We take care of our pets! I'm absolutely sorry for your inconvenience!
The Training is the best offered by Val Hewitt
They have things you can't find elsewhere, but very, very pricey.
Me and my wife rescued a puppy from haven of the ozarks and we had to get her a leash and collar and some food the staff was very helpful I'll be buying all my pets stuff from pet smart from now on
