Well, PetSmart (Springfield, MO) just lost my business. We had a lizard's light bulb burn out so had to make a run. In my 15 minutes there, I counted 8 customers without masks. I saw people walk in without them and 4 employees were by the doors, but none of them said a word. I asked them about it, explained that I'm immune compromised but still have to get things for my home. It was suggested I do curbside, but I can never get what I need when I do. I have only seen clean tanks in this place 1 time. I have see excuses and dead fish every other time but 1 time the tanks were nice and clean. The rest of the time these tanks are gross.
